TeccaTech LLC Service Charge Details:
We reserve the right to refuse services for a variety of reasons, availability, complexity etc.
Regular Shop Rate is $60.00/ hr
We are always up front with our customers, we're on your side and never selling you something you don't need.
Bench Fee:
Standard Non-Refundable Bench Fee: $60.00
This is the fee that is charged to check in your PC/Laptop and diagnose the problem. Finding the problem is half the battle!
A) If customer wants TeccaTech LLC to repair the problem then the customer agrees to pay $55.00 for each hour needed to fix the problem. The $60.00 bench fee is absorbed into final bill.
B) If customer doesn't want the issue resolved, just the diagnosis is $60.00

C) If customer requires a tech to come onsite additional fees maybe assessed

D) Travel fee:

Depending on the distance to your home or office, there could be an additional mileage fee assessed, equipment pickup and drop off services are available.
